1. Engagement & Services
NiyajTech provides custom software engineering, website development, mobile app development, SaaS platform design, and digital marketing services as agreed upon in formal project proposals, statements of work, or service agreements.
2. Intellectual Property Ownership
Upon receipt of full payment for contracted services, all custom source code, design assets, and deliverable content created specifically for the client transfer 100% to the client. NiyajTech retains rights to pre-existing libraries, general utilities, and open-source frameworks.
3. Payment Terms & Milestones
Project billing is structured around transparent, agreed-upon milestones. Invoices are issued in accordance with the project contract and are payable via accepted payment gateways (Wise, PayPal, Razorpay, or direct bank transfer).
4. Warranties & Post-Launch Support
All development deliverables include standard bug-fix warranty periods as outlined in your project proposal. Ongoing feature enhancements, hosting management, and continuous optimization are provided under active maintenance agreements.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Haryana, India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
